I called Tim during the awful freeze - when every other plumber had a days waiting list - about a leaking hot water heater and he not only answered right away, but he was at my house in less than 20 mins! My pipes were frozen so not much he could do, but about 10 mins later, water was flowing (and leaking again). I called him back and he came right back over and fixed it in a matter of a couple minutes. He was very friendly, professional, fast, and a pleasure to work with - he is our go to guy now! If you have water issues, call Tim!

Mr. Tim and his son are AMAZING!!!!!! They saved me twice with my new home. I could not find anyone with a truck to pick-up the new bath tub. Mr. Tim graciously drove me to Home Depot to get it. They have gone above and beyond for me. Great service and they treat you like family. I would not trust anyone else for my plumbing needs.

When I needed a plumber several years ago I was drawn to "@Tim's Proficient Plumbing” because of the name of the company. I Told Tim "I called because I thought he had to do quality work with that name on his company". Over the years I’ve had him install two different hot water heaters and had other plumbing services without a problem or concern. If I had a question he invited me to call him personally. Tim’s Proficient Plumbing Co. is a high quality company that I would highly recommend without hesitation.

I got my inspection repair list last night 8 PM. My realtor contacted Tim's they were here today before noon to fix needed repairs. My moving truck will be here on Monday to move me to North Carolina. Tim's took my situation seriously and helped me. Professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
